I was born and
raised in Fort Walton Beach, FL and moved to New Orleans to attend
Tulane University. While at Tulane, I took some photography classes
and it was there that my interest developed. I also fell in love with
the city and all that it offers in terms of history, architecture,
culture and food. And, it just so happens, it's a great place for
photography! In addition to the these loves for the city, I am a
season ticket holder and big fan of both the New Orleans Saints and Hornets, and I ride in a Mardi
Gras krewe. I am one of those who is "Proud to call New Orleans Home".
Over the years, I have given thousands of pictures away to friends,
family and admirers of my photography. I'm often asked, "are you a
professional photographer'? I've always wrestled with what constitutes
the jump from amateur to professional. All I know is that I enjoy
photography. I enjoy capturing that perfect moment, seeing something
from a different viewpoint or freezing the action so that someone looks
at the picture and says, "that's a great shot".
This site represents that jump from amateur to "professional". It
is also the realization of a dream in offering my photography services
beyond a circle of friends and family. I am a proud member of the Society of Sport and Event Photographers and the New Orleans Photo Alliance. It is through organizations such as these that I can continue to learn and grow in the profession that I love.
I would like to thank those of you who have used my services and have
also recommended me to others. It is a compliment to have my
photography admired, but it is an even greater compliment when my
service is suggested to others.

And finally, I would like to thank my wife (Donna) and our three
children (Lauren, Ashleigh and Jonathan). I must thank them because it
always seemed that I had my camera out during family vacations or
events. Thanks for putting up with all of my pictures and thanks for
waiting for me all of those times I was off taking pictures of a great
scene.
Thanks for visiting my website.
